Raisin, apple and cinnamon tart

Ingredients
•1 large apple, peeled and chopped
•1 teaspoon lemon juice
•1 sheet refrigerated pie pastry
•2 tablespoons raisins
•2 tablespoons sugar
•2 tablespoons sliced almonds
•2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
•In a small bowl, toss apple with lemon juice; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry and use a cookie cutter of your choice to cut out individual tarts. Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with apple mixture, sugar, cinnamon and almonds.
•Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Use parchment paper to slide tarts onto a wire rack to cool
